I built a six-figure business on my own terms. Not because I had it all figured out, but because I lived every transformation I now teach.

Let me be really honest with you for a second.

There was a time not that long ago where I was stressed the f*ck out. I didn't know when my next client was coming. I was doing everything myself, constantly doubting every decision I made, and quietly contemplating whether it was time to just go get a normal job with a consistent paycheck. I was a marketing expert who couldn't escape her own fear. And no one knew, because from the outside, it looked fine.

That's the thing about playing small. It doesn't always look like struggle. Sometimes it looks like a perfectly curated Instagram feed and a smile that says "I've got it together" while everything inside is screaming "do you atually, though?"

I did the mindset work. The deeply, transformational, f*cking magical inner work that I now guide my clients through. And everything shifted.

Not overnight, or perfectly, but permanently.

I stopped undercharging. I stopped letting clients walk all over me. I stopped shrinking myself to make other people comfortable. I stopped doing everything alone and built a team I genuinely trust, lean on, and feel so incredibly lucky to call mine. Within six months I doubled my revenue. Within a year I hit six figures.

But here's what the numbers don't tell you: I can actually breathe now. I don't feel strapped to my phone or my computer. I get to do more of the strategy and coaching work that I love and honestly, if I'm being real with you, I am really f*cking good at. I get to be the real me. Fully, unapologetically, spicy-language-and-all me.

I built a business that supports the life I envisioned. I trust myself and my decisions. My team trusts me. And now I get to help other women do the exact same thing.

Outside of this work, I'm a wife and mama of three amazing kiddos, dog mom to three (yes, three), cat mom to two, and I run on iced coffee and the belief that you really can have it all.

What I Know To Be True

I believe building a business that truly lights you up, doesn't drain you, and has you waking up genuinely excited about the possibilities and what you get to create is the whole damn point. And getting there? It's a journey. One that requires you to show the f*ck up, say yes to yourself, and trust that every uncomfortable moment is moving you closer to everything you desire.

I believe in commitment. In sitting with the deeply uncomfortable and coming out on the other side stronger, more aligned, and more yourself than ever before. That's where the magic happens, in business, in marketing, in life.

I believe in the absolute freedom of saying no without an ounce of guilt. Just pure, undeniable alignment. The kind that makes every yes feel like a "full body HELL yes!!"

I believe that when you show up so deeply in love and in trust with yourself, everything shifts. You stop chasing. You start emitting the kind of energy that attracts everything you've ever wanted, the clients, the opportunities, the life, straight to you.

That's what this work is really about. And I can't wait to do it with you.

If I could live anywhere in the world, it would be Thailand or Ireland – so freaking beautiful!

Umm, I might be slightly obsessed with iced coffee – I am still trying to decide.

My wife and I have three kiddos, three dogs, and two cats – so it is a full house to say the least!
